Who we are
EulerSkills is a brand of Tedvix Tech LLP (“we”, “us”). This policy explains how we handle personal information when you use this website, including the free lectures and our contact forms.
Information we collect
When you request a demo
We collect the details you enter: your name, work email, company, job title (optional), team size, areas of interest and any message you write — and, if you add a team plan, the courses and number of seats in it.
When you buy
At checkout we collect your name, email address, phone number, address, PIN or postal code, state (in India) or country, and — if you add them — your company name and GSTIN, together with the courses, ebooks, quantities, currency, prices and GST in your order. Team purchases collect your name, work email, company, job title and any message you write.
Payments
Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive the payment’s status and reference from Razorpay, never your card details or banking passwords. For bank transfers, we record the transaction reference (UTR) you give us so we can match your payment.
Information stored on your device
The website stores your lecture progress, quiz results, currency preference, cart and team plan in your browser’s local storage so they are remembered on your next visit. This information stays on your device; we do not receive it.
Technical information
Like most websites, our hosting and content-delivery providers process technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver the site securely and reliably.
How we use your information
- To respond to your demo request and discuss learning plans for your organization.
- To process your order and payment, issue GST invoices, and contact you about your purchase.
- To operate, secure and improve the website.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising by third parties.
Consent and your choices
We process form submissions on the basis of the consent you give when you submit them. You can withdraw consent or ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time, in line with applicable data-protection law, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
You can clear progress stored on your device at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings.
Where your information is stored
Form submissions are stored securely with Amazon Web Services (AWS), which we use to host this website. Access is limited to people at Tedvix Tech LLP who need it to respond to you.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business relationship, and delete it when it is no longer needed or when you ask us to.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.
Children
Our services are intended for adults and organizations. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services develop. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
